Anyone ever been to Fiji?
Soon I will be able to say yes. In the meantime I am soliciting travel advice.
Erin Waasinator and I are planning an excursion there in early March (it may be too early to give out the Badass of the Year Award for 2010, but I hereby nominate Erin for making it to Fiji from Boston). I spent some time tonight laughing very outloud-ly when I realized that I'm living in some sort of hippie commune haven in a subtropical part of a beautiful island (jumped in the peninsula last night, it was like bath water, except not gross), with a not-quite-real job that I adore (great food and peeps, and we listen to bangin tunes all day that are greatly expanding my music library - lots more reggae/dub influence), and here I am planning a vacation to another tropical island on top of it all. Wicked meta, wicked baller.
